Optionally, yes. iCloud Sync (Pro) stays off unless you turn it on in Settings, and everything syncs through your private iCloud account: screenshots, tags, and categories never touch a Pizazoo server.

Yes. Your library is stored locally and can be transferred via Migration Assistant, an external drive, or any file-transfer method you prefer.

After every screenshot, a gentle floating popup appears showing a thumbnail and a suggested category. You can confirm it, change it, add notes, or favorite it, all before the moment passes. The popup is invisible to screen capture, so it never shows up in your screenshots.

Yes. Pizazoo monitors your screenshot folder regardless of which capture tool writes to it. If a file appears in your screenshot directory, it gets organized.

Pizazoo copies each screenshot into its own library (by default in ~/Library/Application Support/Pizazoo), so the library is roughly the size of the screenshots it holds, plus thumbnails and a small search index. Turn on "Delete originals after import" if you don't want two copies, or move the library to another drive in Settings.

Yes. The 3-Mac and 5-Mac Pro plans activate on that many Macs with one license key, plus the same number of iPhones or iPads.

Use Restore license in the footer or inside the app, then enter the email address used at checkout. If you still need help, contact support and include the purchase email.

Remove a device you no longer use from Settings > License on a Mac, or Settings > Pizazoo Pro on an iPhone or iPad, then activate the new one. Restoring your license by email can also move a seat from a device you no longer have. There is no lock-in.

To completely remove Pizazoo: 1) Quit the app from the menu bar. 2) Drag Pizazoo from your Applications folder to the Trash. 3) Optionally, delete your library data at ~/Library/Application Support/Pizazoo/ if you want to remove all organized screenshots and settings. Your original screenshots remain untouched unless you enabled "delete originals after import".
