iCloud sync is off by default. Turn it on and your screenshots, tags, and categories stay in sync between iPhone, iPad, and Mac through your private iCloud account. Nothing is stored on a Pizazoo server.

The short answers.
Is Pizazoo for iPhone free?
Yes. The core workflow (automatic categorization, text search, markup) is free. Pro features like custom categories and saved searches follow the same one-time-purchase approach as the Mac app.
Are my screenshots uploaded anywhere?
No. Classification and text recognition run entirely on your iPhone or iPad. If you enable iCloud sync, data moves through your private iCloud account only; there is no Pizazoo server.
Does it work on iPad?
Yes. Pizazoo is a universal app with a native iPad layout: a sidebar replaces the tab bar, built for the bigger screen.
Does it sync with the Mac app?
Optionally. Turn on iCloud sync in Settings on both devices and your screenshots, tags, and categories stay in sync through your private iCloud.
What does it require?
iOS 17 or later on iPhone, iPadOS 17 or later on iPad. Screenshots stay in your photo library; Pizazoo builds its searchable index alongside them.
