The answers to the most common questions are below, and you can always email us directly — a real person reads every message.
We usually reply within 1–2 business days. Include your iOS version and what you were doing when the problem happened — it helps a lot.
Email [email protected]Yes, for about 30 days. Swept uses Apple's standard deletion, so everything you delete goes to the Recently Deleted album first. Open the iOS Photos app ▸ Albums ▸ Recently Deleted, authenticate, select the items, and tap Recover.
Deleted photos and videos sit in Recently Deleted for up to 30 days before iOS removes them permanently. To free the space immediately, open Photos ▸ Albums ▸ Recently Deleted and tap Delete All.
The Vault moves photos or videos out of your photo library into Swept's private, Face ID-locked storage on your device. Vault items are never uploaded anywhere — they exist only on your iPhone.
Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple account you used to buy Pro, then open Swept ▸ Settings ▸ Restore Purchases. Pro is a one-time purchase tied to your Apple account, so it carries over to new devices at no extra cost.
Swept is free to use with ads. Swept Pro — a single one-time purchase, not a subscription — removes all ads forever and unlocks the premium features. You'll find it in the app under Settings, or from the paywall shown in the app.
Swept needs photo library access to work. Open iOS Settings ▸ Privacy & Security ▸ Photos ▸ Swept and choose Full Access. With limited access, only the photos you selected are visible, so cleaning features can't see your whole library.
No. All scanning — duplicates, similar photos, smart triage, the sensitive-photo scan — runs entirely on your device. Your photos and videos never leave your iPhone through Swept. See the Privacy Policy for the full details.
We'd love to hear it. Email [email protected] with what happened (or what you'd like to see). Screenshots or screen recordings make bugs much faster to fix.
